Anthony Cyr, CPCU, AIC

Anthony Cyr has been with MCS since 1993 and has earned a reputation for reliable, effective and efficient investigations and resolutions.  He graduated from Southern Maine Technical College in 1981.  Anthony is particularly well suited for detailed technical investigations of general, auto and professional liability claims.

Greg Martin

Greg Martin has over 25 years of experience in claims administration, investigation, adjustment, negotiation and litigation.  Before joining MCS in 1998, Greg held positions as Branch Claims Manager and Assistant VP of Claims Administration for National Farmers Union, and Director of Claims for Tele-Communications, Inc.  During his tenure at TCI, Greg developed insight into the unique challenges facing self-insureds.

Pamela M. McReynolds, RN, BSN, CLNC

Pam McReynolds brings 12 years nursing experience with her to MCS.  She began her career as a surgical intensive care nurse and has since held various positions in nursing administration and case management.  She has researched medical cases in depth for the past five years and most recently became certified in legal nursing.

Gail M. Barbier

Gail Barbier has over 15 years experience as a multi-line adjuster. Her experience includes general liability, personal automobile, commercial auto including trucking and workers compensation claims. She is very efficient in bringing claims to a successful resolution.

Rick Lovejoy

Rick Lovejoy is a recent addition to the Moulton Claim Team and brings with him over 16 years of claims experience.  He is specially skilled in handling all aspects of both personal automobile and property claims as well as multi-jurisdictional commercial automobile, property casualty, trucking and cargo claims.  Previously, Rick worked in the claim departments for Liberty Mutual, Interstate Insurance Group and GE Young.

John Friedman, AIC, FCLA

John Friedman joins us with 21 years of insurance experience in handling Property and Liability claims. He has experience adjusting large fire, water, hail and construction defect claims. He also has broad experience in resolving bodily injury and general liability claims.
