Gail Barbier has over 17 years of multi-line claims experience.  Her experience ranges from automobile, tractor/trailer, general liability and workers’ compensation claims.  She is proficient in negotiating full and final settlements with plaintiff attorneys.

John Friedman offers over 20 years of experience handling property and liability claims with a major direct writer. His expertise includes adjusting fire, water, hail and construction defect claims.  He has broad skills in managing auto and general liability claims as well.

Rick Lovejoy brings nearly 20 years of claims experience to all aspects of personal and commercial automobile, property, trucking and cargo claims.  Previously, Rick worked in the claim departments for Liberty Mutual, Interstate Insurance Group and GE Young.

Pam McReynolds contributes more than 15 years of nursing experience to MCS.  She began her career as a surgical intensive care nurse and has since held various positions in nursing administration and case management.  She has researched medical cases in depth for the past five years and most recently became certified in legal nursing.
